1. Who are we?

The website nhaparis.com is published by BRIDGES, producer of the Natural Hair Academy, an annual event held at the Parc Floral de Paris.

We only collect data that is necessary for the services we provide:

• Food App orders: name, email, phone — to process your order and send you an SMS confirmation (via Stripe, Twilio and Resend)
• Newsletter: email and first name — to send you NHA news (via Mailpro), based on your consent
• Contact form: name and email — to respond to your enquiry
• Ticket verification: order reference and email — to validate your access to the Food App (via Weezevent)

The chatbot on the website does not store any messages after the conversation.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use a consent banner to give you the choice. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom left of the screen.

Essential cookies (always active): they ensure the website works properly — remembering your cookie choices, programme favourites, and ordering flow.

Analytics cookies (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 measures website traffic (pages visited, duration). Your data is retained for 14 months.

Marketing cookies (with your consent): Meta, TikTok and Snapchat measure the effectiveness of our ads. These pixels are managed via Google Tag Manager and blocked by default before your consent.

Your choice is remembered for 13 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

• Newsletter: until unsubscription or 3 years of inactivity
• Contact: 1 year
