We only collect data that is necessary for the services we provide:
NHA exhibitors have access to a “My NHA Access” portal to distribute their access passes (staff badges, invitations, giveaways, parking, Business Lounge). For each pass, we collect: first name, last name, email and country of the beneficiary, as well as the exhibitor who assigned it.
This data is used to issue the pass, control access on the day of the event (QR code scanning) and to produce certified attendance statistics (EXPO’STAT), in aggregate form. Legal basis: performance of the exhibitor contract, and consent of the beneficiary when they enter their own information. Newsletter sign-up offered on this occasion is optional and separate.
As part of their participation, BRIDGES sends exhibitors practical information about their stand (set-up, access, access passes, event day) by email and, with their consent obtained during registration, by WhatsApp to the number in their file.
These messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business platform of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, acting as a sub-processor for BRIDGES (transfers governed by standard contractual clauses). Some responses may be generated by an automated assistant, which is indicated at the start of the conversation; a human operator is available on request. Opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Access pass data is hosted by Supabase and Airtable (European Union / United States, standard contractual clauses) and emails are sent via Resend.
