A dietician for 10 years and founder of OFYSTIC NUTRITION , she first worked in healthcare establishments, with service providers , as well as a project manager .
It also supports weight loss, muscle gain, fitness, nutrition and health, as well as daily eating , integrating the psychological aspect, because one does not go without the other.
Also the author of the recipe book “OFYSTIC COOKBOOK” , which offers healthy and delicious recipes for all times of the day, she shares a holistic approach, as well as her routines.
Today, she devotes herself to online consultations for personalized nutritional support, adapted to the needs of each person, as well as to leading thematic workshops .
